Paipo for Tubes
3'4'' paipo. This one has a bit less volume than the usual ones I make. David said he wanted to pull into mostly close out tubes, good old South Bay beach breaks. The bigger paipos have a hard time holding a line in the tube in that kind of surf, so I shortened, narrowed and added some lift in the nose.

Corky, bellyboard
3' belly board for Jim. I pressed two layers of cork onto some paulownia and added a little kick in the nose. Then I glassed it with entropy bio resin. Jim likes some handles at power points so he can push and pull so he can bury the rails on turns. I added the cork so it would add some float. I hope to get some feedback tomorrow.

I was told this video had been blocked by the music via youtube. so I put it up again. I am riding a couple of differenet alaias 4'2'' to 6'8.'' Prone riding is fun to do enen in small mediocre surf.

At the sacred craft
These are a few more of the items we will have at the Sacred Craft. Above is a 8'0'' orange foam bluegill with square tail. This one is looking like a classic Simmons, That guy really knew what he was doing. Below is a 6'1''. This board is pretty sick, shape and wood layout.
There will be various alaias. 5'10 Peanuts to 7'6'' Anchovies. Above, 6'7'' with really nice grain.
4'0'' Belly board. I will have a couple of blanks and some some hand planes, and the hollow redwood board from a post a couple of weeks ago. I kind of made these boards for myself and would like to keep them all, but it is hard to make a living that way.
