Rhode Island Demo 2009

http://youtu.be/cRV69lH8MnA

Check this video out. It is from 2009, when we went to New England to give alaia demonstrations. This was the smallest day of the trip. The rest of the time the waves were good from a hurricane swell, Bill. Unfortunately, no one was there to make a video.

Garden and Ckicken Update

We have been harvesting swiss chard and some turnips.

The corn field is shaped like a maze.

Chickens grow really fast, They are about 2 months old, and pretty friendly. The two white ones are called silkies. They don't grow regular feathers, but remain fluffy. We think one is a rooster.

BlueGill Fun

We are riding three different size Bluegills here I am riding a 8'4''. This is a great trimmer, section maker. It is a little less of a trick board. Mike is riding a 7'4''. This board does a mix of trim and slide maneuvers. Cory's board is 6'0''. It goes super fast, but is great for maneuvers also. The waves in the movie are from days that would be very difficult to ride on any kind of shortboard. One would have to work hard to get any kind of speed. Bluegills have speed automatically, so days like these are really fun.
