http://a.espncdn.com/photo/2011/1101/as_snb_xmedal_203.jpg

I met Joe Hodnicki when I was in Maine in September. Their I was introduced to his art work. A lot of it is surf related and really good. Joe is also a super cool as well as a alaia and handplane enthusiast.

At the moment he is in the top 16 for designing this years Xgames medals. It would be great if he got the surf community vote. Please see the above link and vote for Joe.

For more info and artwork see his blog at http://www.sharingthestoke.com/

Happy Halloween

Have a Happy Halloween from Hulk Hogan, Fantastic Mrs. Fox, Ms. Kitty.

The Hulkster, Blue Man Crew, Wall Street representatives, and even nerds all had a good time this Halloween at the Wegener's house. Thanks to Sean Criss, Matt Calvani, and all who came and did it up. Super huge assist goes to Manny Caro for spinning records and keeping the dance floor full all night.

Surfcraft Cooperative 7'2'' Bio Board

This is the Cyrus Model. Low rocker and nice volume. One could ride in about any wave condition. I used a recycled foam blank, Bio resin and put on a veneer deck. Please excuse the distance of the footage. The camera is stationary on the beach.
