Mid length single fin

I've been riding this 7' single fin a lot lately. I really stoked on it, but it is my wife's. The old Lightning Bolt was a friend of mines and he ripped on it until the deck ballooned from nose to tail. (You got to fix your dings, especially if it is a Clark Foam blank). I saved the board because I wanted to make something like it one day. I'm going to use a similar outline and thickness, but put a similar bottom contour to my wife's board, some vee and some concaves.

Hollow Wood Fish

5'10'' Paulownia, Sequoia. This board took a while to make, but came out great.

Bio Mini 5'3''

This is the order card Chad gave me for his board. It is glassed with the clear bio epoxy, and shaped from a recyclable blank. I have not done many of these boards with the full size keel fins. It does not have a stringer, just a glue line. This board will be super fast and will do radical flexing.

Paipo for Tubes

3'4'' paipo. This one has a bit less volume than the usual ones I make. David said he wanted to pull into mostly close out tubes, good old South Bay beach breaks. The bigger paipos have a hard time holding a line in the tube in that kind of surf, so I shortened, narrowed and added some lift in the nose.

6'8'' alaia

This one is for Josh in Florida. A couple of planks of special wood are turned into a finely tuned speed machine.
