Midlength Cutback
Scarecrow Cutback. Ryo Matsuyama, from Real Surf Shop, Japan, took this picture the other day. I'm riding a 7'10'' cross channel bottom. The board is fast and turns good. I have added some small side fins.

Bio-Minis at Patagonia Cardiff
5'3'' and a 5'5'' Bio-Minis are now available at the Patagonia in Cardiff. These are very fast and maneuverable boards. The extra volume in these short boards allow good paddling for catching waves.. They are made from the best, eco-friendly materials presently available. Curious? Go to the Patagonia store and try the demo board.

Lip Bash
Im impressed with this shot of Jim from Sunday at the paipo event at Scripps. The waves didn't have a lot of power or size. The paipo can find the nooks and crannies of goodness on days like this. Jim, on his 4'4'' found some juice and did a floater Curran would take note.

6"10'' Wegg
The Wegg is a great all around board. It is a Good wave catcher. It is also very maneuverable. The two plus one has smooth turns, but able to do quick cutbacks and off the lips. It works good in small and large surf. Hey, tube riding is no problem. This one has a pigment top and bottom.
