Article in Japan's Blue Magazine
I'd like to thank Blue Magazine, especially Takashi and Junko, for including us in this mid length article in the latest Blue Magazine in Japan. I have been riding boards in the picture a lot. They work really good in the San Diego area. The Bluegill is 7'9". The yellow single is 7'0

Modern Single Fin
I finally finished the modernization remake of the old Lightning Bolt board. The rails are substantially more honed. The bottom has a light single to double concave. I did not change the rocker much, very mild. The board is glassed with super sap and clear formula bio resin. It came out pretty light. I should weigh it. With these changes, the board will be quite responsive and fast, which will add to the smooth, full turning a single fin does.

Finless Surfing from the Noosa Surf Festival
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfPBz5ICtd0
This is from this year, a couple of days ago. Tom is riding one of his Seaglass boards, a Albecore, soft version. Harrison Roach is riding a 5'10'' Peanut alaia I made him, and other sliders are riding various alaias and finless foamies. The Noosa Festival has a finless division, and it looks like a lot of fun.

Test Pilots
Naoto Suzuki and friend Kay visited the other Day. They are visiting from Japan. Naoto has a surf shop "Real Surf" there. While here he picked up a custom Bio Mini. This is a 5'3'' epoxy stringerless blank glassed with clear Super Sap. We went for a surf and Kay got pictures of us doing similar turns. I am on a 7'0'' Quadradamus.
